Qaiser Khan is an ACCA-qualified finance professional with over 10 years of experience in finance, accounting, taxation, audit, and financial management. Having successfully completed the ACCA Professional Level examinations in Audit and Tax, he possesses a strong technical foundation combined with extensive practical experience across diverse industries.

Qaiser began his career in 2016 as a Junior Accountant with one of the UAE’s leading real estate developers. Through dedication, technical expertise, and a results-driven approach, he steadily progressed through increasingly senior finance roles, ultimately advancing to the position of Finance Manager.
Throughout his career, Qaiser has developed extensive expertise in financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, treasury management, accounts payable and receivable, payroll administration, taxation, statutory compliance, financial analysis, and internal controls. He has successfully managed end-to-end finance functions, implemented robust financial controls, enhanced operational efficiency, and ensured compliance with applicable financial and regulatory requirements.

At Motei & Associates, Qaiser oversees the firm’s financial operations, including financial planning, budgeting, cash flow management, financial reporting, client billing, regulatory compliance, and strategic financial decision-making.
