Overview
With over 40 free zones across the UAE offering company formation solutions, selecting the right free zone for your business can be challenging. Dubai boasts more than 20 free zones and is home to some of the most renowned free zones in the world. These free zones provide world-class business amenities and flexible setup options, such as flexi-desks and flexi-offices.
Foreign investors benefit from complete privacy with limited reporting requirements, allowing them to own 100% of the share capital and repatriate 100% of their profits. Investors can establish two types of free zone companies: a Free Zone Establishment (FZE) for a single shareholder or a Free Zone Company (FZCO) for multiple shareholders. Additionally, a branch or representative office of a foreign company may also be registered in a selected free zone.
