YOUR ROLE
- Interact with CRM system to ensure leads, opportunities and client accounts are correctly managed. Adhere to various KPI’s provided in the form of targets, lead management- enter all leads and information into CRM at the time of receiving the lead.
- Respond to all communication within timely manner as per approved manual. Manage client expectations and deliver content in a relatable format. Maintain a good relationship with each client to foster trust and develop potential referrals.
- Professionally relay licensing requirements and restrictions to Entrepreneur’s and channel partners.
- Remain current on the socio-political / legal / financial environment and the implications on business frameworks / nationalities (high risk nationalities).
- Network and develop new business opportunities and leads. Research strategic locations for lead development throughout the Globe.
- Provide a weekly report to the Managing Partner detailing the updates on events attended, companies approached, strategies implemented, regions visited, leads developed and potential sales.
- Be able to prepare incentive schemes to boost channel / business partner interests.
YOUR PROFILE
- You hold a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in business, media or marketing and have a minimum of 2 years experience in marketing and business development role, ideally gained in a law firm or in a professional/consulting services environment.
- English / Arabic / Russian / European speaking professional.
- Strong motivation in incentives and end of year bonus upon performance – basic salary and large portion.
- Able to maintain very high level of communication (both verbal and written) to both Corporate and Individual Clients (Role includes maintaining and developing relationships). Brainstorming for out of the box ideas to approach and adapt to market demand and defend them before management to obtain approval to draft, prepare, present products / business partnerships to clients tailor made for their profiles.
