Meet Fozan
Fozan is a Senior Legal Consultant and a part of the Corporate Team at Motei & Associates. He is a seasoned legal professional with over 18 years of diverse experience in the legal field. Fozan began his professional journey during law school by joining a law firm in Mumbai, India. After completing his law degree, he gained valuable experience in the retail corporate sector before returning to private practice in India. In 2021, he relocated to Oman, where he joined the corporate team of a law firm. He later moved to Dubai, United Arab Emirates, further enhancing his global legal expertise.
Area of Expertise
Fozan has extensive experience leading corporate transactions, including corporate restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, and due diligence exercises. General corporate and commercial advisory also forms a significant part of his practice. He is proficient in providing legal advice and opinions on key aspects of company law, corporate governance, free zone regulations, and employment legislation.
